About SUTPHIN/SNIDER/TAWNEY FAMILY TREE!
Hello and Welcome to the Sutphin Family geneology website. I love researching our family tree and I have found many branches. I hope to find much more. It is so interesting to find out who did what, and where they lived and different things about their life. I have found that three of my ancestors from the Cook family, all three were brothers, fought in the Civil War. I don't know if they came home, but I will keep searching. I have also been looking for my Grandmother Salyers real Father's family. Her mother died during childbirth, so she was adopted by her mother's aunt who was a Cook. So, these are the kind of things one finds out when doing research. We come to know the people who came before us and can appreciate the life they had.
